This is a fun, interesting book by Jacqueline Suskin. She has an interesting way of talking about things, and encourages you to write a list of the things you like.
With beautiful, vintage pictures, to modernday pictures this book is unique in style and writing. The only thing bad about it is that sometimes the print made it difficult to read.
But this is a great book for a art student, writer, or photographer!

Thank you so much Blogging for books and co. for this book. I am so glad I got it!

Just add Watercolor is a beautiful and perfect illustration of the best of watercolor. Not only are about half the pages are exquisite color prints of colorful and alive paintings, it has tips and tricks on the page next to it to help explain the technique, sometimes even the brushes that the artist used.

This is a great watercolor book for those already into watercolor and wanting to learn more, i give this a 4 stars!

Thank you to Blogging for books for this wonderful book.

The secrets of life and death by Rebecca Alexander.

Thank you to blogging for books for this book for free!

It was a pretty good book, if you are into Urban Fantasy this is the book for you, targeting adults from 18-20. it is very strange. the is intermingled with a historical plot and full of interesting twists. Though the love that Jack felt for the guy was a little cheesy, it was 'electric' at first sight. this was a pretty good book though, and i enjoyed it.

Review on Divergent by Veronica Roth

Beatrice Prior lived in Abnegation. The Selfless.

She is going to have to choose which faction she is, just like everyone does when turning sixteen.

Is she smart, like the Erudite?

Is she kind, like the Amity?

Is she truthful, like the Candor?

Is she selfless, like the Abnegation?

Is she brave, like the Dauntless?

She must chose. There is a test to tell her what she is, to tell her which faction she should go into.

But the test doesn’t work. The test was supposed to work, to tell her what she needed to do. But she is something special, she isn’t like everyone else. And there are those that are searching for people like her to kill her.

                She is Divergent.

This was a fantastic book. I really mean it, FANTASTIC. This is my new favorite series, this is really the best book I have ever read. I love it and will always love to read it. I am so happy to get it and read it, it will stay on a special spot on my shelf forever. I loved the main character so much, she was real and relatable, she and I having similar flaws and strengths. Maybe that’s why I loved it so much. But I would recommend it to anyone.

Review on the Maze Runner by James Dashner

Review on The Maze Runner by James Dashner

Thomas’s breath comes in gasps. All he knows as he feels the lift rising is his name. Thomas. His name is Thomas. He doesn’t remember anything but that. He doesn’t remember his parents, he doesn’t remember his life. He doesn’t remember anything. He is confused, he is scared. And all he can think as the lift stopped, is that his name was Thomas. And he had no idea where he was.

The Maze Runner was a good book, I give it 3 stars. It was good, but it was a little hard to put up with Thomas and his ‘everything is going wrong I am just going to sit here and do nothing.” It was quite annoying. There needed to be some Lets do this attitude, and when he finally got it, it seemed to disappear quickly. But I would still recommend this book. It was pretty good.

Anne of Green Gables Review

I almost didn't do a review on this one because it is such a fantastic classic I didn't think anyone would be questioning weather they should read it or not.

"You don't want me because I am not a boy!? this is the most Tragical thing to ever happen to me!" Anne comes to Green Gables, at the request of Marilla and Mathew Cuthbert, older siblings that lived in the family house. They had sent to an orphanage that they wanted a boy, so that Mathew, with his failing heart, didn't have to work so much. But instead of getting a boy they get a girl. A red haired, freckled, talkative girl that has miles of imagination in her head. Anne Shirley only wants to be loved, and be able to imagine everything she ever wanted. And when the opportunity comes for Marilla to give Anne up she changes her mind. and keeps the girl with her at green gables.

This is an endearing book, if you enjoyed the movie you will love the book, with many word for word conversations that have been copied to the movie. Again, this is a fantastic book. 5 star rating.

A review on The Pursuit of Tamsen Littlejohn by Lori Benton

From the author of Burning Sky

“A gentle masterpiece, destined to be treasured and acclaimed.” –JULIE LESSMEN

Tamsen Littlejohn’s life turns upside down when she meets a prospected suitor in Charlotte Town.  After her stepfather kills her mother in a fit of rage Tamsen flees the town with the help of a man by the name of Jesse Bird. She is too shocked to realize what has really happened until miles away. Her stepfather, aided by her former suitor peruse her over the mountains, hoping to find her before her ‘kidnapper, and the murderer of her mother’ gets away. Jesse is charged with both killing Tamsen’s mother, and kidnapping, but Jesse Bird is neither, he is a kind, Christian soul, that just wants what is best for Tamsen. But what does that mean?

This was a great book, given to me free by Blogging for Books and company. thanks a lot. I am glad I got this one! It was a interesting book, exciting in a Rope Oprah type way until the end, though it made the classic blunder of quoting the bible too much, lets be honest as Christians when we don’t just read over 1 John 4:10 and oogle and ogle over it. Granted it is a good verse, but it was a easy blunder that a lot of Christian writers make. Over all it was a great 3 star book (which is the average good book I like!) thanks again Blogging for books, and sorry it took me so long!

Review on Troubadour by Mary Hoffman

When a young noblewoman named Elinor learns that she’s to marry a much older man, she flees her comfortable home for the hard life of a jugular. It’s not just the escape that appeals to Elinor. She’s also got her eye on kind, handsome Bertran, another wandering poet whom she sets out to find.

But terrible events are building in the south of France. When the crusaders sweep through the country, destroying all those who do not follow their religion, Elinor must go into hiding. Bertran, meanwhile, risks his life to warn others of the in the country. Danger encircles them both as the rising time of bloodshed threatens the fabric of the society in which they live.

Rich with historical detail brings to life Elinor and Bertran’s tale of thwarted romance, escape from certain death, and clever disguise.

This was a great book! Done in a old fashion writing style it kept me reading until the end. I haven’t read any other books by Mary Hoffman, but this makes me want to!

Review on: Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow a novel by K.J. Anderson

A novel by K.J. Anderson based on the motion picture written by Kerry Conran

Mechanical Monsters!

New York City, 1939. One by one, the worlds leading scinetists vanish from the face of the earth. Giant robots march through Manhattan, destroying everything in their path. What can the connection possibly be? Ace reporter Polly Perkins is already on the story.

This is a great book, if you liked the movie you will thoroughly enjoy this noir type book. Filled with mad scientists, giant robots, and end of the world climaxes makes this the perfect radio broadcast type book.

To buy this book like I did from Amazon for cheap: http://www.amazon.com/Captain-World-Tomorrow-Kevin-Anderson/dp/0451411633/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1404574068&sr=8-3&keywords=sky+captain+and+the+world+of+tomorrow

So I saw these loops online, they were only $.99 so i thought hey, what the heck, they can't be that bad!
While looking at the reviews i was hesitant, but finally went ahead and bought them.

And I am so glad i did! you get two for $.99, and these are gold colored, they have the look of a salon piercing without the holes!

You can wear them as nose rings, fangs, or actually earrings.
They are fantastic for the price, though at first they do hurt your nose a little, it is a pain you quickly get use to.
