WARNING: MESSY
Things you will need:
Scissors
Elmer's glue
Water
A disposable cup (I used a washed out yogurt cup)
And plenty of copy paper
Paint (what ever colors I used yellow, red, and blue and
skin tone)
mix about a quarter of Elmer's glue bottle with water until the consistency of thick syrup. Cut out basic shape of head, and shoulders, using the edges of the paper folded for clean 3-d look. then tear pieces of paper with hands or scissors and lather with glue, go crazy, more of the glue water the better. dunk pieces into the glue, crinkle and fold for desired look. Let dry until it is hard to the touch, I left mine over night. then paint, leaving some white areas if desired. Sign and put in shadow box, I got mine at Hobby Lobby.
